Hi. Welcome

I recently read this in a book by Mel Robbins and it really struck a chord with me.

‘You work harder, bend further, and shrink yourself smaller, and still, someone is disappointed. Still someone criticises. Still, you’re left feeling like no matter how hard you try, it’s never enough’.

Isn’t that the truth!

You spread yourself so thinly that you feel transparent sometimes.

And on those rare occasions when you do say no, the guilt overwhelms and instead of enjoying that precious time it is swamped by feelings of failure, not good enough or that you feel the most selfish person you know.

It doesn’t have to be that way.

I have successfully worked with people from many caring professions, who juggle all these needs with family expectations. Together we have found a way to put in those boundaries and change the narrative so that those intense feelings of guilt soften and fade.

Pop over to my contact me page and we can arrange a chat to see if we fit.

There’s my FAQ page as well, which may answer any questions or concerns around counselling.

I look forward to hearing from you.
