I offer a free initial 15 minute chat. Why?

This allows you to ask any questions. Counselling can seem unusual and it’s important that before we start any sessions together you feel as comfortable as possible.

It also lets me ask you any questions to see what you are expecting from counselling. This is important, it may be that what you need and what I am offering are not the same.

Most importantly it gives you a chance to decide if you want to go ahead with me as your counsellor or keep looking for a better fit. Our relationship is important.

When you message me we can set a time that suits you and then take it from there. No pressure.
