I offer a free initial 15 minute chat.

Why?

Well it allows you to ask any questions so that you can learn what to expect from counselling. If you’ve not had counselling before it can feel unusual, an unknown. So asking those questions takes away some of the anxiety, because we are all a little nervous about what we don’t know.

It also allows me to ask you some questions about your expectations as well as give you a chance to tell me briefly what you would like to work on in our sessions. This way when we start our sessions together we have already begun to build that relationship.

As with any interactions, anything you tell me is completely confidential.
